Privacy Policy

AI Cornucopia Developments (ACN 651 042 170) assesses residential property for development potential. We are based at 99 Atherton Road, Oakleigh VIC 3166 and can be reached at info@cornucopiadev.com.au or 0424 727 787.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, where it is kept, and how you can get a copy of it or have it deleted. It is written to meet our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We collect only what the service needs, and we collect it at four distinct moments.

• When you run a free check (no account required): the property address you type and the coordinates it resolves to, and the result we produce. If — and only if — you choose to enter an email address afterwards, we store that against that result. The check itself works without it.
• When you create an account: your email address, a password (stored hashed by our authentication provider — we never see it), optionally your name and phone number, and the fact and time of your consent to this policy and our Terms.
• When you open a case on a property: the property address and its geocode; any documents you upload, including title deeds and photographs of the property; and your answers to the property profile — the property type, land size, occupancy and lease dates, your goals, your timeframe, and the capital you have available.
• As you use the site: analytics and advertising measurement, but only if you consent to it in the banner. Decline and we set no analytics or advertising identifiers at all.

We do not collect government identifiers, health information, or the special categories of sensitive information described in the Privacy Act.

• To produce the feasibility analysis you asked for, and to improve its accuracy.
• To let an advisor review your property and contact you about it.
• To email you the result of a free check, and — where you gave us your address on that form — to follow up with you about that specific property. We do not add you to a general marketing list from the free check.
• To operate, secure and support the service, and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it for another organisation’s marketing.

Account data, case records and uploaded documents are held in our Supabase database and file storage. Some processing providers, including our database host, analytics and email provider, and the AI providers that assist parts of the analysis, may store or process data outside Australia. By using the service you agree to that transfer.

Documents you upload are readable only by you and by the advisors assigned to your case; access is enforced by row-level security in the database, not only by the application.

We keep your information for as long as your account exists, and after that for as long as we may need it to answer a question about work we did for you. We delete it on request — see below. We have not set a fixed retention period, and where the law requires us to keep particular records for a set time, that requirement overrides a deletion request for those records only.

You can export or delete your data from your profile page once signed in. If you ran a free check without an account and want the stored result or the email address removed, email us with the link and we will remove it.

To ask for access, correction or deletion any other way, or to complain about how we have handled your information, email info@cornucopiadev.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We set a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in, and remembering your consent choice. Analytics and advertising measurement are set only after you consent, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the banner.

We will publish any change here and update the version number above. Where a change is significant we will ask you to consent again the next time you sign in.
